How the sync works
You enter your FFair API credentials once in the plugin settings. From there, a single click pulls down every exhibitor record — name, stand, contact details, website, Facebook and LinkedIn. Logos and profile text sync automatically from your FFair tasks feed. You can re-sync at any time as exhibitor information changes.

The plugin is free to download and use. It requires WordPress 5.6 or above and your FFair API credentials. Installation takes around five minutes.
